When Caro entered the Bartels location for the first time, she knew immediately that this place had something very special in store for her. The dream of having her own café where she can pursue her passion and make this place something very special for others.
The same dream brought us together, because as fate would have it, we happened to meet immediately afterwards and a simple meal turned into an idea workshop that was to become an expression of our dreams. A place that feels like home, not just for us, but for everyone who comes to visit us.
